Cookies, advertising storage, and privacy choices

Google Analytics and AdSense

The Google Analytics command queue is initialized when a page opens; its external tag loads after the initial render or user intent. The Google AdSense Auto ads loader remains static and asynchronous so ads and consent messaging can initialize normally. Analytics storage supports audience and session measurement. Advertising storage can support ad rendering, frequency control, reporting, measurement, security, invalid-traffic prevention, and personalization where allowed by region and choice. Exact cookie names can vary across Google domains, browser settings, and ad delivery.

No custom Analytics event contains a symptom, printer technology, paper choice, measurement, preview state, print job, PDF, hash, printer identifier, scan, photo, or document.

Google Privacy & Messaging choices

Google Privacy & Messaging provides the published European CMP message to affected visitors. Its controls allow the available accept, refuse, and manage-options choices for purposes and vendors, and it may store and transmit consent signals so participating services can apply them.

To review or change a choice, reopen Google's privacy-choices control when it is available on the site. If that entry point is not displayed, the browser's site-data settings can clear cookies and local storage for this domain so the message can be requested again. Browser controls can also block storage or third-party requests, but their effect depends on the browser and region.

Server logs are not cookies

Ordinary requests reach Contabo infrastructure in Europe. Where Nginx handles a request, its access and error logs are operational server records, not browser cookies: they are rotated daily and retained for up to 14 rotations. Separate system journals have operational retention governed by the server configuration, with no single global duration claimed.

Google Analytics documents a default lifetime of up to two years for its standard cookies. Event-level retention is configured in the Google Analytics property and is not encoded in this repository. Advertising and consent storage can have different lifetimes controlled by Google, participating vendors, region, and the visitor's choices; this notice does not invent one duration for all of them.
